With the changing dynamics of global business landscape, knowledge of business management has become increasingly valuable in navigating complex business environments. It is with this understanding that Amb. Emmanuel Nnamdi Osadebay, the Chairman of T200 Integrated Farms and the Founder of the T200 Foundation, enrolled for the Rushford Business School’s Master’s in Business Administration, in 2023.

Osadebay, a double MBA holder, who graduated in Dubai on November23, 2024 alongside captains of industries and corporate leaders across the world, noted that he was motivated to stay focused with the immense and intense academic work because he needed not only the distinction but the knowledge in business, finance, strategic management, and understanding of the legal environment to enable him navigate the business landscape in Nigeria and other African countries that he has business interests. According to him, “when I established the T200 Integrated Farms, I knew I needed to further advance my business administration and management knowledge, particularly as we plan to contribute to food security in Nigeria”.

He graduated with a First Class in Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from the Rushford Business School, making him one of the few graduates to graduate with such distinction.

Osadebay, who managed to efficiently oversight his growing agribusiness and to maintain distinctiveness in his studies for the last eighteen months, noted that the programme has better positioned him with a world of business alternative perspectives, to contribute to Nigeria’s economic growth. According to the agropreneur and philanthropist, “in accordance with the institution’s values of excellence, integrity and innovation, I am better positioned to strive to model these values in all my endeavors.”
